1. The location is excellent - very close to a business conference that I attended, and also close to restaurants and coffee shops. 2. The hotel staff were very nice and helpful. 3. Shuttle to/from the airport that takes only about 30 minutes (though it isn't free). 4. Nice, clean and pleasant hotel.
1. The Internet in the room behaved very strangely. The wireless signal acception was excellent and the Wi-Fi utility showed connection, but I wasn't able to surf, nor to hold Skype calls. Then I tried Skype-to-Phone and it worked, and suddenly the Internet started working as well. As soon as I disconnected the call the Internet connection was lost. I made another Skype-to-Phone call and the Internet connection was restored. This was consistent . 2. No elevator. 3. Small room.

peaceful to sleep and comptable
not too much
hotel in poor repair. dirty and dark rooms. very poor quality for money. would not recommend it to friends or family and will not choose to stay in future. price should reflect quality and condition. found another hotel of much higher quality with more facilities for only $20 more per night!
good location, comfortabel bed.
Dark and dingy, needs updating decoration wise.damp smell. comparatively next door hotel is more homely and modernised.
some Investment on secondary glazing and upgrading the rooms or in need of repair work as we had three different rooms and the last one had no toilet door on. there was stale smell in the rooms.
The staff are amazing, helpful and very kind. They went out of their way to give me directions, handle my car, get hot water, fix the light, help with luggage etc. Never a complaint, never being told I had to wait- honestly the staff at this hotel are your best asset. Thank you for a wonderful stay and I will be back again! One more thing: your breakfast that you serve is also so very good -thank you
I enjoyed how close it was to downtown and everything great to see in Ottawa walking distance to just about everything a tourist would want to visit while in the city.
a normal hotel, have all things should be provided. LCD TV, internet, Coffeepot, and breakfast. and clean.
no parking, if you want to park you either have to on the road or give the staff the key to your vehicle so they can move all of the other guests vehicles. the staff was rude and they did not have an elevator making it very difficult for disabled guests to get around. hotel is right on a busy corner. when we got in our room the window was wide open in the middle of February and there was snow on the bed. rooms are small and do not book and pay for multiple nights because if you decide to leave early they still charge you, and even if you have to leave the hotel because you are disabled they charge you. these people only care about the money. and if you dont believe me i invite you to stay at this run-down shack to find out for yourself. in this case i cant even say you get what you paid for
easy to walk downtown breakfeast ok
the room needs to be a bit more refurnished Personal very polite and kind
Old, dirty, musty, small
The size of the suite in relation to the cost as well as its proximity to transit services and major dt businesses. Also, I was pleasantly surprised by the speed of the internet.
The inability to adjust the temperature in the room and the door code that sometimes took multiple input attempts.
I have stayed at a few Travelodge hotels and I don,t believe this hotel is at the level expected. It is very old and needs renovation. Parking is a nightmare. If you plan to leave you should ask for your can about thirty minutes before you plan tho leave. All the cars are stacked in the driveway and they need to move many cars .
Price, breakfast included,location,free parking,wifi.
Cleaning people do not do a good job, just getting bye.
